About the Author
William Krejca, the son of Alfred, retired as Department Manager of Printed Circuit Designers at Rockwell Collins, an electronics firm headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. At the age of 11 months, Bill joined his family on outings to Canada and continued to fish with his dad for almost 6 decades. Learning many fishing strategies during these trips, as well as fishing locally, he taught fishing techniques and rod and tackle making through Kirkwood Community College and other organizations for a quarter of a century, and has organized numerous fishing and camping trips to the north woods. Bill has authored a number of fishing articles for The Cedar Rapids Gazette and several rod building magazines.
